1- Cross-sell products to existing clients and upgrade them for consulting.
This is the best way to increase cross-selling and upselling. As an existing client, we can cross-sell them as they already know about us and our services, so if the client takes crockery once we can pitch them for cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc., or if he has the, plan to open different restaurants chains then we can pitch for our consultancy which will boost the revenue and build trust factor on us for every procurement purchase.
2- Referral Program -
This is the most crucial and intriguing part of any B2B business or I would say an experimented way to increase the revenue for the company. Ask for referrals from existing good clients who have experienced an AHA moment with us of our quality, delivery, and post-sales service.
Ask for referrals from vendors also as they have a lot of restaurants which they supply but they are limited to one or two categories where we are a one-stop so ask them to refer HS and they can get their margin on referring once the order is delivered and that's how more and more vendors would participate as that would be an extra income.
3- Partnership Program
We can also partner with consultants who have been in business for so many years and consult big brand hotels, restaurants and every big hotel needs a consultant to build the hotel projects and consultants are the biggest influencers for them to purchase their procurements.
We can partner with consultants and every time they build any particular project anywhere in India we will supply their procurements and they will get their percentage for every category.
We can start with one or two categories for start and eventually just keep on increasing the portfolio and categories with the consultants.
We can integrate our platform with the PMS and POS platforms where they are already associated with the hotels and they can redirected to our sites for their procurement needs for room amenities, Linen, and bedding for the start.
Integrate with the ONDC B2B platform where they have a magic pin that has a lot of restaurants registered and with registering on their platform restaurants can directly order from us like a marketplace for them with all of our assortments.
Apply for Government tenders through their site for army kitchens, Railway kitchens, etc. We can also expand our horizons to air catering services as they all need packaging supplies for their customers to feed in railways and flights.
